New Year's Eve stay from 3 nights

Your stay includes skipasses!

The skipass is non-transferable and valid on all lifts. It also works as a round-trip ticket in the ski resort. Not valid during night skiing. Skipass can be used on the arrival or departure day, not both days.

If the stay occurs outside of lift operating days or service is interrupted for bad weather or other unforeseen reasons, no financial or other compensation or replacement is due to the guest.

Current lift operation times are at www.vratna.sk.

Pool and sauna – usage conditions

Pool and sauna are offered to guests free as a supplementary stay benefit. Their use depends on current operational, technical, and capacity conditions.

The operator reserves the right to temporarily restrict or fully disable pool or sauna use, mainly for technical, safety, hygiene, maintenance, or capacity reasons.

If a guest cannot use the pool or sauna during their stay for these reasons, no financial or other compensation, discount, partial refund, or replacement applies.

The operator does not guarantee pool and sauna availability throughout the stay; their accessibility may be limited without prior notice if operational or safety situations require it.

By booking and using the stay, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.
