The restaurant of Hotel Boboty offers a unique culinary experience with an emphasis on fresh seasonal ingredients from the surrounding forests and meadows. Guests can enjoy traditional Terchová specialties such as bryndzové halušky (potato dumplings with sheep cheese) or homemade šúlance (rolled potato pasta), as well as delicacies from game like roasted lamb or venison leg. Rich breakfasts, dinners in the form of buffet or served menu, and a diverse drink list complete the perfect gastronomic impression. All this is accompanied by stunning views of nature throughout the year – an ideal place for weddings, celebrations, or romantic dinners.

Game delicacies are what we are extremely proud of on our menu. After all, what kind of mountain hotel would it be without this treat? We take great care in their preparation to ensure the result is perfect.

The menu of Hotel Boboty is full of the best reasons not to resist:

  • delicate roast lamb
  • venison leg in cream sauce
  • homemade game pâté with onion jam

Atmosphere

Imagine a beautiful atmosphere of a wedding or celebration in our restaurant:

  • in summer, beautiful views of the majestic green ridges of the Malá Fatra,
  • in winter, a view of roe deer at the feeding rack almost by the restaurant windows.

Views – a fairytale in every season!

We wish you a great appetite and undisturbed beautiful views!
