With your stay, you get ski passes included!
The ski pass is non-transferable and valid for all lifts. It also works as a round-trip ticket for lifts in the ski area. The pass is not valid during night skiing. It can be used on arrival or departure day, not both days.
If the stay takes place outside the lifts’ operating days or if operation is interrupted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, clients have no right to financial or other compensation.

Pool and sauna – usage conditions
The pool and sauna are provided to guests free as an additional stay benefit. Use depends on current operational, technical, and capacity status.
The operator reserves the right to temporarily limit or completely restrict pool or sauna use, mainly for technical, safety, hygiene, maintenance, or capacity reasons.
If guests cannot use the pool or sauna during their stay for these reasons, they have no right to financial or other compensation, discounts, refunds, or other claims.
The operator does not guarantee pool and sauna availability during the entire stay; access may be limited without prior notice due to operational or safety reasons.
By booking and using the stay, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
